Since the pre-independence era, the ‘talent’ of Bengal has been widely recognized at the national and international levels!
Even today, the boys and girls of Bengal continue to excel in the country in terms of merit!
Yet, at the national level, in competitive examinations, such as NEET, CGL, IAS, IPS, Railways, Income Tax and other examinations, the boys and girls of Bengal are lagging behind!
If we investigate the reason of this situation, we will see that there is a deficiency in sincere guidance and proper application of “talent”!

Due to lack of credible institutions for practice, appropriate training and encouragement and frustration, our boys and girls are not getting the desired results in the competitive field!

To overcome this weakness, a deep analysis is needed at all levels to restore the past glory of Bengal in the national and international fields!

In Hindi-speaking states, there are various institutions that start preparing for competitive examinations from the tenth grade!
Our state is in great need of this! Although some institutions have been established in Kolkata and a few cities, the talented, energetic and hardworking boys and girls of rural Bengal are deprived of that opportunity!
As a result, our intelligent and deserving boys and girls are getting frustrated in the field of cracking government jobs!

Considering the situation,we have decided to establish this institution to help the boys and girls aspirant for Govt and other related jobs

Our institution is committed to providing training for the latest jobs through experienced teachers at low cost by following modern methods and technology.
In line with the need of the times, two types of arrangements have been made, On-line and Off-line!

The needs and weaknesses of each student are different!

Keeping that in mind, the teachers prepare their training programs, where strategies for applying talent efficiently are given , so that they are enthused and get greater motivation to reach their goals.

Practice – sharpens talent! Therefore, only the development of knowledge cannot bring success – practice according to the plan is needed!

We want to move towards this goal through regular Mock Tests!
